1. Aggregate supplying system

① Protective plates on both sides of the aggregate hoppers to avoid sundries getting into the aggregates and conveying belt;
② To make the supplying smoother, vibrators are equipped below each hopper;
③ Adds grid plate at top of each hopper to buffer the shock from aggregates flow, meanwhile it screens oversize aggregates;
④ Conveying belt is protected by dustproof cover to reduce dust emissions;
⑤ Adds belt cleaners and pinch rollers to make the aggregates supplying more fluent and accurate, besides, they also extend the belt durability;
⑥ Small vibrating screen is added between belts, to further screen oversize aggregates;
⑦ The supplying system has insufficient material alarm system, ensuring a safe and smooth production.

2. Drying system

① Driving units have auto lubrication device, greatly reduces labor cost;

3. Aggregates elevating system

① The aggregates elevator takes modular design with newest dust sealing structure;
② Elevator applies double plate link chains design, which extends the elevator’s service life and reduces maintain frequency;
③ Excellent leakproofness with the moters;
④ Applies famous cycloidal pin gear speed reducers, more powerful and reliable;
⑤ The aggregates slide tunnel adopts damping structure wear-resisting plate link chains to enhance the performance.

4. Screening system

① Vibrating screens that apply world famous vibration motors are completely sealed;
② Aggregate storage bin adopts large bin structure to avoid material overflow;
③ Aggregate bins are separated by high strength wear-resisting plate to avoid aggregates mixing.

5. Weighing system

World famous brand (TOLEDO) weighment devices are adopted to make sure that the measurement error of aggregates is below 0.5%, and the measurement error of bitumen and filler is below 0.25%.

1.COLD AGGREGATE FEEDER

Consists of modular structures of multiple feed bins, belt feeder and collecting belt conveyor.

2.PRE-SEPARATOR

To screen out unqualified aggregates from mixture, to prevent oversize gravels from entering into drying drum to cause heat loss or possible jamming in hot aggregates elevator.

3.INCLINED BELT CONVEYOR

To convey qualified aggregates continuously and evenly to drying drum. Sweeping devices are equipped inside and outside of belt conveyor to remove the small particles adhering to.

4.DRYING DRUM

To heat cold aggregates coming from inclined belt conveyor. Adopting counterflow rotary drying way, cold aggregates flow in from high end and out from lower end, at which end the burner installed to heat the aggregates to temperature required.

5.DUST REMOVAL

To increase the pressure difference between two ends of drying drum, enhance passing capacity of hot airflow, and improve the heating and drying effect.

To reduce fume and dust emission concentration to meet the corresponding environmental protection requirements.

The air duct is connected to the vibrating screen, which can effectively remove the dust floating in the vibrating screen cabin, and provide negative pressure in the aggregate conveying channel, which also can effectively reduce the dust leakage possibility in each sealing part.

6.HOT AGGREGATE ELEVATOR

To elevate the hot aggregates out from drying drum to vibrating screen for sieving. The driving shaft is designed with backstop mechanism, and at upper part of hot aggregates elevator maintenance platform is set.

7.ENCLOSED VIBRATING SCREEN

After drying and heating by drying drum, the aggregates mixed together with different sizes are sieved in screen cabin according to the particle size, for accurate weighing and grading before mixing.

8.HOT AGGREGATE STORAGE BIN

The hot aggregates storage bin is used to store the hot aggregates sieved by vibrating screen temporarily in each sorted bin, and in the lower part of each bin, one pneumatic cylinder controlled by solenoid valve is equipped to control the opening of discharge door, through which hot bins supply quantitative hot aggregates to metering device.

9.BITUMEN STORAGE TANK

The Bitumen Storage Tank is an extra part out of basic configuration for user’s selection to buy according to need and actual conditions, such as having asphalt store or not, bitumen purchase cycle, need bitumen heating or not. Generally, 40t high-temperature bitumen tank is a better recommendation (thermal oil heating device is necessary).

10.BITUMEN SUPPLY SYSTEM

To provide and deliver quantitative bitumen. It consists of bitumen pipe manifold, high viscosity insulated bitumen pump (depend on user’s demand), three-way control valve, bitumen metering hopper, bitumen spray nozzle, insulated sleeve pipe, etc.

11.FILLER STORAGE SILO

The filler delivered by powder elevator and stored in the filler storage silo is quantitatively weighed, and then being put into mixer to be mixed with hot aggregates and asphalt.

12.POWDER ELEVATOR

To elevate filler to filler storage silo ready for weighing. On the upper part of powder elevator maintenance platform is set.

13.METERING SYSTEM

Hot aggregates and filler are weighed through weighing sensor, its signal is passed to operational amplifier, and then weight is displayed on weight indicator after computing. Weighing accuracy: ±0.5%.
